Frequently Asked Questionss
What makes your offerings unique?
1
Our yoga classes have an added level of care and compassion. We check in with attendees, ask what’s going on in their bodies, and allow time for people to connect with each other. We also use the elements of scent, sound, and touch in our in person offerings that help to relax the nervous system and provide extra care and support.
In our workshops, we generally have journal prompts that allow you to not only learn, but reflect as well. We allow time for people to share their reflections if they feel called to do so. This creates an intimate container and space for expression that most one-off classes or workshops don’t have.
How do I get started?
2
Getting started is simple. You can sign up for our offerings directly or reach out through our contact form to schedule a call—we’ll answer any questions you may have and figure out which offering is right for you.
Do I need any prior experience?
3
All of our yoga, workshop, and retreat offerings are all-levels. No prior yoga experience is required. For any virtual classes, we recommend having your own yoga mat or towel to practice on and any props you may need such as blankets, pillows, or blocks.
All you really need is a space to practice and an open mind!
How can I contact you?
4
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one to two business days.
